I am Pippa Marsden, Nutrition and lifestyle consultant, Running and triathlon Coach and Mentor, GB triathlete and parent.  I specialise in women who have been struggling with weight issues and their effects, often for prolonged periods of time to rediscover their confidence and make peace with their bodies. I empower profound change through a powerful combination of personalised nutrition and coaching techniques for feelings and behaviour change.  

My story so far...


I spent my teenaged years and my 20's consumed by disordered eating, with negative body image and low self esteem.  I lost many years feeling out of control with my eating, but deep down, I always knew my experiences may be able to help others one day.

Through a combination of educating myself and coaching techniques, I freed myself from this path and achieved full recovery, going on to have a fulfilling 10 year career in clinical research, where I was involved in diabetes research and learnt a lot about blood sugar control and continuous glucose monitoring.  As an athlete and later a sports coach I learnt to master my nutrition for myself and for my clients to produce desired performance. After having children, I finally retrained in the qualifications I needed to help others improve their relationship with food.


As a qualified Nutrition Coach, Dietary Educator and Master NLP practitiioner specialising in Weight Management, I can help you finally make peace with your body and your food, and feel at home in the skin you're in, knowing that above all else, you are enough.

I'm a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), the International Coaching Federation, and the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP). I am registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC), and fully insured by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
