About
What I do

As a qualified Coach in Running Fitness, a Triathlon Mentor and a Nutritionist, I specialise in supporting busy women to find a sustainable approach to achieve their health and performance goals. I have seen, first-hand, the magic of physical training in easing symptoms and rebuilding vitality, and you don’t have to be an athlete for that to happen!
I have over a decade of progressive training and personal transformation, with more than seven years of coaching others on their own journeys. I bring a rather unique blend of science, compassion, and lived experience to my work.
My background in Clinical Research grounds my approach in evidence,
while my coaching style is focused on empowering my clients to create
sustainable, life-changing habits.

Why I get it

I am also, and very importantly, a mum with young kids, including a toddler, and currently going through perimenopause, and juggling AuDHD, so I get it. I know what busy feels like, and just how hard it can be to drag yourself outside or onto the treadmill when you've only got a short time to yourself and your body is screaming at you to rest.

But, I also know that it's possible to live in the wonderful chaos of family life, work, and acheive your health and fitness goals.

Not everyone is the same. We don't all relish group programmes, or even 1:2:1 sessions. That's why I've created a range of ways in which I can support you in finding a framework that suits your life, is sustainable, and will help you not only start, but keep going!

If you'd like some help working out which of my services would best suit you, please send me a message, or book a free call. It's just 20 minutes with no hard sell. I find out a bit about your current health and fitness and what your goals are, and we can talk through the pros and cons of each option.
