Coaching

Small Group

Whatever your starting point, let's work out what you need to get where you want to go.

Six months of small group coaching to help you build a sustainable approach to training that works for your goals, your body and your life.

Six months of small group coaching to help you build a sustainable approach to training that works for your goals, your body and your life.

Starts 17 September 2026 | £59 per month for six months (£354 Total)

Because the best training plan is one you can actually live with.

Maybe you've never really trained before and don't know where to start.

Maybe you've trained in the past but struggled to make it part of your life.

Maybe you're already exercising but feel like you've stopped making progress.

Or, perhaps you've got a particular event or goal in mind and want some help working out how to get there.

Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to have it all worked out before you join.

That's what the coaching is for.

I'll help you understand what you're trying to achieve, what you actually need to do to get there and how to build an approach that works for you.

There is a huge amount of health and fitness advice out there. It can be difficult to know what is useful, what isn't and what actually applies to you.

This is six months to cut through some of that noise, understand your own training and build an approach that can adapt when life changes.

Woman Exercising Indoors

You don't need a training plan to join.

In fact, if you've never really trained before, the amount of advice out there can make knowing where to begin feel harder than it should.

You might also be someone who's tried a gym, an online programme or working out at home, but never found an approach that really fitted.

I've created my six-month Small Group Coaching programme to help you work that out.

We'll start with where you are and what you want to achieve. From there, we'll work out what you need and build an approach that fits.
This isn't a fixed training plan and it's not a course.

You'll have monthly live coaching, a private weekly check-in with me and a WhatsApp community where I'll be present every day.

The aim is to help you build a way of training that you understand and can keep going with.

The programme starts on 17 September.
£59 per month for six months.

What does the coaching actually involve?

I’ve built the programme around regular contact, so you’re not left trying to work everything out on your own.

Monthly live coaching sessions

We’ll meet online once a month for a live session lasting around 60 to 75 minutes.

These aren’t lectures where I talk at you for an hour.

We’ll use the sessions to explore the things that are most relevant to the group, answer questions and work through whatever is coming up.

Your weekly 1:1 check-in with me

Each week, you’ll have a private check-in with me via WhatsApp.

By the end of Tuesday, you’ll send me an update on how things are going.

That might be what you’ve achieved, something you’re struggling with, a question about your training or something you’re not sure how to approach.

I’ll respond to you personally by Friday with feedback, suggestions and guidance.

It's a simple feedback loop that means we can make adjustments when you need to.

Your WhatsApp community

You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp community with the other women in the programme.

I’ll be in there every day.

It’s somewhere to share what’s going well, ask questions, learn from each other and have some support between the live sessions and your individual check-ins.

Resources when they’re useful

I’ll share resources throughout the programme where they’re relevant to the needs and interests of the group.

There isn’t a fixed set of modules that you have to work through.

The coaching follows the needs of the group.

“I met Pippa through a Coach to 5k program where she helped me improve and believe I could run. As this finished, Pippa helped me develop towards a 10k race. In these sessions she really demonstrated her knowledge of running which improved my performance. Pippa’s sessions are always enjoyable and she is always able to explain why we are doing something. Thank you for all your support Pippa.”

What we'll work on

There are some key areas that I expect we'll come back to during the six months.

Goal Setting.png

Goal Setting

We'll get clear on what you want to achieve and what matters to you.

Behaviour and Habits.png

Behaviour and habits

We'll look at what helps you make changes that last, rather than relying on motivation.

Resistance Training.png

Resistance training

We'll explore how strength training can support your goals and how to approach it effectively.

Cardio.png

Cardiovascular training

We'll look at how cardio can fit into your training and what is appropriate for your goals.

Nutrition.png

Nutrition

We'll explore how nutrition can support your training and overall health.

Recovery.png

Recovery

We'll look at recovery and how to recognise when you might need to adjust what you're doing.

Data and Feedback.png

Data and feedback

Where useful, we'll use information from your training to help you understand what's happening and make informed decisions.

Adapting.png

Adapting your training

Life changes, and your training may need to change with it. We'll look at how to adapt without feeling like you've failed or have to start again.

Six months doesn’t mean six months of perfect training.

You're not committing to exercising perfectly for six months.

Life will happen. You might get ill, work might become busy, family life might take over or you might simply have a week where everything feels harder.

That's normal.

The point of having six months together is that we have time to work through those things and learn from them.

The aim is to help you understand how to adjust your training when things don't go to plan.

I’ve been there too.

I haven’t always been fit.
I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel unfit and struggle to know where to start. I’ve also had periods where training has gone really well.
And I’ve had to work out how to make training fit around a young family, dogs and all the other things that come with everyday life.

Over time, I've learnt a lot about my own body and how I respond to training.

I've also learnt that what works brilliantly for one person might not work at all for someone else.

That's shaped the way I coach. I don't believe there is one perfect way to train.

I want to help you understand your own training, make informed decisions and know when to change things.
I’ll be there to help you work things through, keep you moving forward and make adjustments when you need to.
And I genuinely love seeing people make progress.

What I want you to have by the end of the six months

I don’t want you to finish this programme thinking:

“Great. Now I need another programme.”

I want you to understand your own training much better.

To know what you're working towards and why.

To recognise what's working and make informed changes when it isn't.

And to feel confident making decisions about your training for yourself.

The goal isn't to give you a six-month training plan to follow.

It's to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to manage your own training beyond the programme.

The goal isn’t a perfect six-month training plan.
It’s to help you build a way of training that you understand and can continue with beyond the programme.
Something that works with your life and can roll with the punches when things don’t go according to plan.

Group Coffee Gathering

Why is the group small?

Because good coaching needs room for the individual.

I want to know who I’m coaching. I want to understand what you’re working towards and be able to give you useful feedback.

The group will also give you the chance to connect with other women who are working on their own health and fitness.

You won’t all have the same goals, and that’s completely fine.

You'll each have your own goals, while benefiting from the experience and support of the group.

Is this for me?

I’ve never really trained before. Can I join?

Yes.

You don’t need previous experience with structured training and you don’t need to arrive knowing what you should be doing.

We’ll start from where you are.

I’m already training. Is this still for me?

Yes.

You might want to improve your fitness, get stronger, progress your training or prepare for a specific event.

We’ll work from your current starting point and your own goals.

Do I need to have a specific goal?

No.

Having something you’re working towards can be useful, but we’ll spend time at the beginning understanding what you actually want to achieve.

Do I need a training plan before I join?

No.

You don’t need to have a plan, and you don’t need to know exactly what your training should look like.

That’s part of what we’ll work out together.

Is this the same as having a personal trainer?

No.

This isn’t 1:1 personal training and it isn’t a fixed training programme.

You’ll have individual feedback from me each week, alongside monthly live coaching and the group community.

What happens if I miss a week?

That’s OK.

This isn’t about being perfect. If something gets in the way, we’ll look at what has happened and work out what makes sense from there.

How much time do I need to commit?

That will depend on your own goals and circumstances.

The programme includes a monthly live session, a weekly private check-in and access to the WhatsApp community.

The amount and type of training you do will be something we’ll work through based on what you’re trying to achieve.

What happens after six months?

The aim is that you leave with a better understanding of your own training and the confidence to decide what comes next.

We'll look at what you've learnt, what has worked for you and where you want to go next.

Ready to work out what comes next?

Whatever your starting point, you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

We’ll work it out together.

Over six months, I'll help you understand your training, work towards your goals and build the knowledge and confidence to decide what works for you.

The programme starts on 17 September 2026.

£59 per month for six months.

The group is deliberately small so that I can give you the level of coaching and feedback this approach requires.
